In Year 10 you will start your GCSE portfolio on the theme THIS IS ME. It is designed to be very much focused on you and your interests so the most successful projects are ones where students think carefully about what they are passionate about and take lots of photographs in their spare time to inspire their work.

As your ideas develop you may decide to create;
•    Painting
•    Drawing
•    Collage 
•    Collection of photographs
•    Sculpture
•    Prints
for your final piece.

The course is designed to develop your skills in independence, creativity and maturity. This is an extended project which will be completed over 15 months before you decide which ones you would like to submit for your GCSE. This project is worth 60% of your final mark so every homework and class task counts!
